Ingredients
2- 8 ounce boneless chicken breasts
12 ounces Zia's White Wine Lemon Finishing Sauce 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground fresh black pepper 1/2 cup shredded fontinella or blended Italian cheese Process
Prepare medium fire in grill.
Grill chicken breasts over medium heat until juices run clear when pierced. Bring wine sauce to a simmer over low heat. Add garlic, mushrooms and pepper. Simmer until mushrooms are tender. Approximately 5 minutes. Remove chicken from grill and top with cheese.Cover with Zia's wine sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedge. ( If not using grill preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat baking dish with butter and bake approximately 20 minutes or until juices run clear). Buon Appetito! |
